A scared govt observes "Bund ".

After a gala opening and closing ,the common wealth games have concluded .Everybody is happy at the end of the day ,but the fact remains our govt had to suspend normal life in Delhi .The closing observed" Delhi -Bund ".My friend was laughing in his sleeves .Why should we kill a city (Metropolitan ) for festivities .festivities are to be celebrated .why the shops ,school ,colleges ,offices should be closed .Normal chores should be suspended .why ?can you prevent people from loo .yes you can "My beloved govt "because you are scared .The country is not .
