Persona -non -grata is a person who is not welcome at a particular place because of something he has said or done .Persona non grata is an unwelcome or unacceptable person .Today Suresh kalmadi ,the chairman organising committee CWG is persona non grata for the ruling dispensation at the centre . Sonia Gandhi kept suresh kalmadi out of her meeting with Indian common wealth games Medal winners .The PM refused to meet him when singh greeted India's Medal winners .
